About Philcox & Hurley
The family law firm of Philcox & Hurley (formerly Philcox, Gatten & Hurley) was founded in 2010.
Prior to forming the firm, Frank and Mark practised together as in-house counsel at the Windsor Essex Children’s Aid Society and have practised family law for a combined total of over thirty years.
Frank and Mark have both appeared at various levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and conduct trials on a regular basis.
Legal Aid and Unifor Legal Services Plan (CAW) are accepted.
