About Frank Philcox
Frank Philcox obtained a B.A. and LL.B. from the University of Windsor as well as a Masters Degree in Environmental Studies from York University in Toronto. He was called to the Bar in 1991 and began a career as a sole practitioner, first in Sarnia, Ontario and then in Windsor.
Frank has experience in criminal law, family law and administrative law. In 2008 Frank became Lead In-House Counsel with the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society.
In 2010, Frank left the Windsor-Essex Children’s Aid Society to resume practice in association with Mark L. Hurley and Tara Gatten.
In October 2014 Frank was appointed by the Province of Ontario to be a part time member of the Environmental Review Tribunal.
